We know that mediation and other practice can make the difference. To find peace, we must seek peace. To find peace we must fill our hearts with peace.

The only thing you need to understand is that one can achieve Nirvana through the methods we provide. They are universal methods and of course, with meditation and chakra practice, you will be on a true path to enlightenment.
